I understand that life happens, but I kindly ask for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the service total. -No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total. -Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. -Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
